I have beeing smoking for a long period of time ,i want to quit because i want to stop endangering my health and also for my girl friend.

First you really have to want to quit. My friend used the patches and has been smoke free for several years now. She smoked for 50 years.

There is also a new medication out which is supposed to be terrific. It costs about $100 per month and most insurances won’t pay for it at this time. It’s called Chantix.
