My best friend is 14, almost 15, and she’s smoked before and quit but I really think she lied to me and still does it. I have some very good reasons.
So in case she is, what are some good videos, facts, etc that can convince her to quit? I really don’t like it.

I always thought it would be easy for me to quit but its soooo hard! i know all the health risks and i want to but its hard i stop for a week and start again! can anyone help? and now everytime i cough i spit a little mucus with a tiny bit of blood in it! help!!!!!!!
